Enquiries are received in a Proton Mail mailbox. The website itself is hosted by Lovable, which serves the pages and processes standard web server request logs. Retention periods and access controls for the mailbox must be confirmed and stated here before publication.
Third parties used by this website
Verified from the site build: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which receives your IP address when a page loads; the homepage background film is served from the Lovable asset network; and page hosting is provided by Lovable. No other third-party service, tracker or embedded tool is present. If any analytics, chat, booking or marketing tool is added later, it must be listed here.
Health information
Werai Clinics does not ask for health information through this website, and the site asks visitors not to include diagnoses, Medicare numbers or documents in an email. Handling of health information collected during an actual appointment must be described here once clinical processes are confirmed.
